Pin emails in Outlook

One of the holdeover features from the Outlook mobile app I missed in Nine was the ability to pin emails, as that has become the main way now to have an email appear at the top of your list. Due to changes in sorting and adding conversations, using the old flag method doesn't really work anymore without something breaking.
